By accessing and using Elite Events services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Service Description
Elite Events provides comprehensive event planning services including but not limited to wedding planning, corporate events, social celebrations, and event design services in the Los Angeles area.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their event requirements, making timely payments as agreed, and communicating any changes or concerns promptly. Clients must also comply with all applicable laws and venue regulations.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, a deposit is required to secure services, with remaining payments due according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in service delays or cancellation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms vary depending on the service and timing. Detailed cancellation policies will be provided in your service agreement. Generally, deposits are non-refundable, and cancellation fees may apply based on the timing and services already rendered.
Limitation of Liability
Elite Events liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to venue issues, vendor failures, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials created by Elite Events remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may use these materials for their event but may not reproduce or distribute them for commercial purposes.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
